How to request account deletion and data removal from Atlas Cloud

Overview

You can request deletion of your personal data and termination of your Atlas Cloud account at any time. This policy complies with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD requirements.

How to Request Deletion

Contact the Atlas Cloud Data Protection Office to request account deletion:

  • Include your registered email address and account details in the request

What Gets Deleted

Upon successful processing of your deletion request:

Data TypeAction
Personal informationName, email, IP address, and payment identifiers permanently deleted or anonymized from production databases
Interaction historyPrompts and generation outputs are disassociated from your identity
Account settingsAll custom settings, preferences, and configurations are removed
API keysAll API keys are permanently revoked

What May Be Retained

For legal and security compliance, Atlas Cloud may retain:

  • Transaction records: Billing and tax records are kept as legally required
  • Security data: Encrypted hash identifiers for fraud prevention and blocklist maintenance
  • Backup data: Encrypted offline backups retained for up to 60 days, during which data is "dormant" and not used for any commercial purpose

Important Notes

  • Irreversible: Account termination cannot be undone. You will lose all subscription benefits, historical data, custom settings, and remaining account balance
  • Third-party data: As an aggregation platform, Atlas Cloud forwards requests to third-party model providers (Google, ByteDance, etc.). You must contact these providers directly to request deletion of any data they may have retained
  • Processing time: Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. Complex cases may require additional time

Before Requesting Deletion

Consider the following before requesting account deletion:

  1. Export your data — Download any billing records or usage data you need
  2. Use remaining balance — Account balance is forfeited upon deletion and cannot be refunded
  3. Revoke integrations — Remove Atlas Cloud API keys from any applications or services using them
