Billing Overview

Atlas Cloud uses a pay-as-you-go billing model. You only pay for what you use, with no minimum commitments or upfront fees.

Model API Pricing

LLM Models

LLM models are priced per million tokens. Pricing varies by model:

$Cost = Price(per\ 1M\ tokens) \div 1,000,000 \times Tokens\ Used$

Image & Video Models

Image and video generation models are priced per generation. Pricing varies by model, resolution, and other parameters.

GPU Cloud Pricing

DevPod

Billed per minute. Usage less than one minute is rounded up to one minute.

$Cost = Price(per\ minute) \times Number\ of\ GPUs \times Duration(minutes)$

Serverless GPU

Billed per second for active compute time.

$Cost = Price(per\ second) \times Number\ of\ GPUs \times Duration(seconds)$

Storage

Billed per hour based on provisioned capacity.

$Cost = Price(per\ hour) \times Storage\ Capacity(Gi) \times Duration(hours)$

New User Bonus

All new users get an extra 20% bonus on their first top-up — no referral needed.

Referral Program

Share Atlas Cloud and earn rewards:

• Referrer: When your friend completes their first top-up, you earn a $5 reward
• Referred user: Sign up via a referral link and get a 25% bonus on your first top-up (up to $100)

Important: Any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior (such as creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or exploiting the referral system) will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of rewards, and potential account suspension. Atlas Cloud reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

Balance Management

Minimum Balance Requirements

Insufficient Balance

When your balance is insufficient:

1. New API requests and resource creation will be rejected
2. Running GPU Cloud resources will enter suspended state
3. You'll receive low balance notifications
4. After recharging, GPU Cloud resources require manual restart

Adding Funds

Top up at console.atlascloud.ai/billing. Minimum top-up: $10.

Supported payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc. via Stripe)
• WeChat Pay
• Alipay
• Cryptocurrency

Multiple currencies are supported. Payment page expires in 30 minutes.

Auto Top-Up

Configure automatic recharging to avoid service interruptions:

• Trigger: When balance drops below $10
• Amount: Minimum $25 per auto top-up (configurable)
• Receipts: Sent to your designated email
• Permissions: Requires Finance or Admin role

Payment Methods

• Add payment methods in the Billing settings
• Multiple payment methods supported with priority ordering
• Auto top-up uses the configured priority order

Credit Expiration

Credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Plan your usage accordingly to maximize value.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Take advantage of the first top-up bonus to explore the platform at a discount.
